Business Support Analyst

Location: Hybrid working with some time based in Northampton office.
You may currently be an Administrator, Coordinator or Support Analyst who is looking to develop further within a fast paced environment with a team that are looking to develop and grow.
You will act as a point of contact for the setup and ongoing support of contract administration.
Day to day onboarding customers onto our digital customer tools, including amendments, managing internal and external queries and supporting the training of new users.
Produce and analysis of customer and financial reports (management information) and dealing with related enquiries/queries.
Complete the production of ad hoc reports and information relating to customers, branches and suppliers.
Support regional teams with recording and communicating contract compliance information and obligations via a Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) system
