Delivery Manager - IT Transformation
What you'll do

Working closely with our Agile development teams, the Product Delivery Manager is a key member of the project/product delivery team, responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of software and keeping all relevant parties informed of progress. This is a pivotal role in enabling our business strategy through the delivery of secure, effective, and reliable software to our colleagues, customers, and suppliers.
Manage stakeholders across the business, Technology & Digital department, and third parties, fostering collaborative teams and relationships.
Service and Security: Play a leading role in ensuring alignment with technology objectives
Provide leadership within the Software Delivery team and deputise for the Product Manager when required
Delivery mindset: Deliver value and change at pace, making challenging but reasonable commitments and proactively motivating teams.
Continuous Improvement: Identify and execute areas for improvement and efficiencies balancing demands and priorities
What you'll bring
Educated to degree level or above in Computer Science or a relevant subject with equivalent industry experience
Track record of delivering results and adapting to changes.
Experience managing stakeholders and delivering quality software solutions.
Strong people management and communication skills.
Knowledge of SDLC methodologies, Agile development, and DevOps pipelines
Ability to act as a Scrum Master when required with multi-tiered architecture experience
