Fleet Compliance Administrator
What will you do?
The purpose of this role is, working as part of a team of Fleet Compliance Administrators, to provide accurate and efficient administrative support in relation to the ongoing management of the Group’s Operating Licences and other related activities.
Some accountabilities of the role:
Make sure that the relevant administration and notifications take place as required by the Group’s Operators Licences e.g. applications and amendments, distribution, O-licence asset additions, movements and disposals, surrendering or redundant operating centres of vehicle discs.
Keep the Group’s Fleet Asset Databases up-to-date through accurate data entry e.g. records of the vehicles specification, driver, key dates for MOT, tax etc
Manage ad hoc fleet administration tasks that necessitate through the Group’s appointed suppliers including that of the Fleet Management Company.
Act on escalations generated through the appointed Fleet Management Provider such as but not limited to; Notice of Intended Prosecutions, Driver Licencing, Vehicle and Driver legal compliance.
Provide administrative support to your aligned BU National Fleet Manager / Head of Fleet.
Provide project support as necessary e.g. for Project Switch ensuring confirmation of new asset delivery and use.
Direct Fleet related enquiries to the relevant party.
