Inventory Administrator

As our new Inventory Administrator, you will be the first point of contact for our branches, ensuring they receive best-in-class support on centrally held stock enquiries. You'll be part of a collaborative and supportive Inventory Team, based at our national distribution centre in Magna Park, playing a vital role in keeping our supply chain moving smoothly and efficiently.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is organised, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and enjoys problem-solving while delivering outstanding customer service.

Hybrid working 2 days per week at our Magna Park Office based in Lutterworth (Tuesdays & Wednesdays)

Fixed Term Contract 6 months 

Core hours must be covered between 9:30am -3pm

What you’ll do…

• Coordinate delivery bookings across two national distribution centres, ensuring all suppliers are aware of site regulations and safety requirements.

• Manage and report on supplier delivery non-conformance and assist in resolution.

• Be the first line of support for inbound inventory queries from across the business.

• Provide accurate and timely administrative and clerical support to the wider Inventory Team.
  Support in order book updates, data management tasks, and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general IT skills.

• Highly motivated and able to manage your own workload efficiently.
