We currently have a full time vacancy for a Operational Administrator based at Magna Park,

Lutterworth

Reporting to the Senior Administrator you will be trained to be a multi skilled leader covering:

● Approve special pricing agreements on the system

● Investigate and report on queries in relation to supplier contract claims

● Use spreadsheets to resolve queries with both suppliers and BSS branches

● Apply accurate and timely updates to ensure accurate claims are made

● Good with numbers and with excellent attention to detail

● Enthusiastic and applies an investigative approach to problem solving

● Someone who can easily demonstrate being proactively driven, team focused, and self

motivated

● Comfortable communicating verbally and in writing with a variety of colleagues and suppliers

● Confident using Microsoft Excel
