Job Description

What you’ll do
As the Personal Assistant to the Chief Financial Officer, General Counsel & Company Secretary and Group Strategy Director, your days will be varied.  Ensuring the Directors lives run as smoothly and efficiently as possible, you will be processing and reconciling invoices, submitting expenses, managing flights, hotels, venues for functions and food requirements, along with organising other essential commitments into their diaries. You will be carrying out crucial administrative duties, often to deadline and in line with the individual needs of each director. Based in our Head Office in Northampton, some travel will also be required on an ad hoc basis, therefore a level of flexibility is needed. 

Is this you?
You enjoy being kept busy and of course, you are extremely organised!  Your previous experience supporting a Plc/Board level executive means you know just what to expect and you are able to support multiple stakeholders - juggling priorities and adapting to individual working styles comes naturally to you!  You enjoy working in a small but tight-knit and supportive team and you are able to build rapport and relationships with a diverse range of colleagues, suppliers, customers and stakeholders.
