You’ll join our industry leading apprenticeship programme, enabling you to build the necessary skills, knowledge and behaviours to be the best you can be and set you up for future success.

Our 12 month, Level 3 Business Administration Apprenticeship will cover off modules including;
  • Managing stakeholders
  • Continuous improvement and problem solving
  • Project Management
  • Understanding finance and data
Our Apprenticeships are focused on your development and factor study time into your working week, so you can achieve your qualification without affecting your work-life balance. We provide you with a fantastic support network through; 1:1 coaching, mentoring and technical and skills training to enable you to progress your career with us. Along the way, our experienced team will provide you with plenty of support to ensure you get the best out of your Apprenticeship. And it doesn’t have to end here, as we have a suite of Apprenticeship programmes that can support you to continue to develop your career with us, all the way up to the Boardroom. 

What does a typical day look like?
Within this role, you will be supporting the CCF Commercial Department and in particular provide administration support to the Pricing Manager. You can expect to get exposure to the wider team, enabling you to explore career opportunities within this area. Your day to day duties will include: 
  • Manage supplier and branch queries to an effective resolution
  • Maintain and establish relationships with key contacts and suppliers
  • Respond to branch/Head Office and supplier enquiries
  • Prepare and send out reports and information to the suppliers and branches in line with department procedures
  • To contribute to continuous improvement of procedures to improve efficiency of the function and the department through the development of relationships with own team members and other departments.
  • Undertake project work as necessary
What are we looking for? 
To be successful in this role, you will need to bring with you previous experience within an Administrative role. You will need to enjoy working with numbers and analysing data. You'll have solid experience of using Microsoft Excel and have a strong attention to detail.
