Travis Perkins plc are recruiting for a Pricing Coordinator to join the team to share our success in a full time role based in Northampton.
Fixed Term contract - 12 months
20 hrs Part - Time (across 3 or 5 days)
The role will be hybrid working one day per week based in our Head Office in Northampton would be ideal.
As Pricing Coordinator you will work as part of a small team across the group Business Units and the sales teams to administer an efficient, effective claimback process which maximises the return for the Group. You will also support the wider team with operational pricing activities in EPOS such as price maintenance, contract links, dealing with branch queries and pricing feedback.
Responsibilities will include:
Checking own work to ensure data accuracy and maintain integrity of data and team reputation.
Carry out all administrative tasks associated with the claimback process ensuring you deliver efficiently and effectively from a supplier and a branch/sales team point of view.
Support the Pricing Manager in monthly analysis to ensure we maximise all potential claimbacks and work with the supplier to ensure we close any gaps identified.
Providing support & training (where needed) to our branch and sales teams around the claimback process.
Work with the Pricing Manager to prioritise workload with a clear focus on supporting our branch network colleagues.
Support with data entry and analysis of Price Changes, Contract Links, Promotions, Customer Deals, granting access requests for POS and Deal Manager
Support the wider commercial function with the delivery of additional business initiatives when required
What we are looking for:
We are looking for someone who is self motivated, enthusiastic and has strong administration skills. You’ll often be working to relatively short deadlines so need to be super organised and able to prioritise your workload.
