What you'll do

As the Product Delivery Manager, you'll be responsible for managing the delivery of software products or projects that will help drive the growth and success of Toolstation. You’ll oversee the planning, development, and delivery of software products, ensuring that they meet the needs of the business and end-users. You’ll work closely with teams across the business to ensure that products are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards whilst also liaising with stakeholders to gather feedback and ensure alignment with business goals.
 
 
Day-to-day 

Being responsible. You will lead in your specialised area across multiple PO & Dev Teams, helping to really maximise their impact both internally and externally. 

Mucking in. You'll really help to drive SCRUM events including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint demos and retros. 

Building relationships. Working with your stakeholders to define product road maps and growth opportunities. 

Developing. Being at the forefront of the product requirements whilst providing direction to stakeholders throughout the project and the life cycle.

Managing. You'll be comfortable line managing product owners or members of the IT Delivery team.


What you'll bring

Knowledge. In depth knowledge of Agile processes and principles, and can comfortably discuss the product with stakeholders across the business

Drive and Motivation. You are results driven. You take ownership for completing tasks and getting the job done. You can take the lead, demonstrate good initiative and sound decision making. 

Problem Solving. For anyone in a development lifecycle, it's not always plain sailing, that's why we need someone that can react quickly to issues and identify new alternatives that result in the best possible outcome

Teamwork and collaboration. You recognise the importance of working collaboratively across the business and thrive from working as part of a team.

Resilience. You remain calm under pressure and can respond maturely to ambiguity and complexity within your own area of responsibility whilst continuing to propose solutions and remain focused on outcomes.
