Showroom Manager

Benchmarx Kitchens and Joinery has a clear vision of becoming the ‘first choice supplier' of kitchen and joinery products to the trade!

We are looking for a Showroom Manager to join our branch in Snetterton, Ada Cole Avenue. This role is based within a Travis Perkins site as what we call an implant showroom, this enables us to offer our customers the all round full package. You will be working alongside and managing a Kitchen Designer, so a team of 2.

Working hours are Monday - Friday 7.30am - 5pm and every Saturday 8am - 12pm, (you will need to work two Saturdays in four.)

What will I be doing?

As a Showroom Manager you’ll be responsible for the profitability and maximisation within the showroom together with dealing with managerial duties covering the full spectrum of management disciplines.

• Developing business interests - interacting with customers and representatives of associated industries.

• Maintaining and enhancing profitability of the showroom - reviewing costs and modifying stock.

• Provide excellent levels of customer service whilst making sure safety comes first.

*Having a Full UK Drivers license is also essential for this role as you will be required to travel.
