Showroom Manager – Benchmarx in Truro

We’re looking for a Showroom Manager who can combine commercial acumen with inspiring leadership. You’ll take ownership of your showroom’s performance , driving profitability, building strong customer relationships, and leading your team to deliver outstanding service. From sales and purchasing to problem-solving and market opportunities, you’ll have the scope to make a real impact.

What you’ll be doing:

• Growing the showroom’s customer base and developing new business opportunities
• Maximising profitability by reviewing costs, managing stock, and identifying efficiencies
• Leading and motivating your team to deliver great service and safe working practices
• Representing Benchmarx with professionalism across the trade community

What we’re looking for:

• Proven experience in a similar showroom, sales, or trade merchant role
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• A proactive approach with the confidence to work independently
• Full UK driving licence (essential)
• Kitchen industry knowledge is a bonus – whether professional or personal passion
