Territory Sales Representative

Due to our exciting growth plans here at Benchmarx, we are currently looking for a Territory Sales Representative to join our business, and cover the Norwich and surrounding areas Don’t worry, you don't need to come from our sector or even know our products, as we will provide you with a great on-boarding and induction. Hours - Monday to Friday - no weekend working and bank holidays off !

As a Territory Sales Rep for Benchmarx Kitchens you will be responsible for growing and developing your customer base alongside attracting new clients to increase your portfolio, increasing sales and margin along with building strong relationships within the group.
What will I be doing?
As a dynamic and enthusiastic individual, you will unleash the success of our products, as well as lead and manage the partnerships with a defined number of Accounts.
We want you to be as passionate about our customers as we are, with your strong interest in creating and implementing solutions allowing us to continue supporting our customer ledger and driving loyalty.
Relationships and stakeholder management is key for us, as you will be using strategic and planned account management methodology, to ensure that every sales opportunity across all product categories are optimised within your ledger.
What are we looking for?
We are after someone who’s enthusiastic, resilient and resourceful, with a sharp eye for identifying new sales opportunities and a passion for excellence.
Being well-organised and planned goes without saying, as you will be responsible for meeting our valued customer expectations.
You should have worked within a similar role, you will have proven ability to manage a number of key customers and built strong relationships with multiple stakeholders
Strong abilities in understanding customer objectives in order to develop successful strategic plans
Identified new sales opportunities and create solutions for your customer ledger to deliver long term profitable sales growth for both parties
