Where will I be working?
You will be joining our brand new branch in North Edge Business Park, Derby. Once open we will have 16 colleagues and 2 HGV vehicles, full Tool Hire Team and a Benchmarx Kitchens showroom. This is a great opportunity to join a new team and a state of the art working environment!
Our opening hours are Monday - Friday 7.30am-5.00pm and Saturdays 8.00am-12.00pm (working 2 in 4 Saturdays).

What will I be doing?
In this multi-skilled role you will be tasked with ensuring all tools and hire equipment are tested and safe for use and readily available for hire.
You will support your Tool Hire Manager in managing all aspects of their department and business.
Delivering and collecting a wide variety of tools & equipment to our customers.
With your learned knowledge of the products and services we offer, you will be a pivotal contact for our customers, nurturing great relationships, understanding their needs in order to offer expert advice and recommending alternatives to profitably maximise the sale of goods.
Safety is at the forefront of everything we do, so you will need to adhere and be compliant to all Tool Hire processes and procedures including all Tool Hire audits and inspections.
What experience do you need?
You will ideally be a multi drop experienced driver and have tool service knowledge. We are interested in your transferable skills great customer service, great sales experience and a HGV license is required for this role.
