Warehouse Operations Manager - Lutterworth
9 Month Maternity Cover FTC - Monday- Friday - 2pm-10pm

What you’ll do?
To manage and coordinate the day to day operations of the NDC whilst effectively communicating with other departments within the Supply Chain. Provide leadership and direction to all operational colleagues and foster an environment of continuous improvement. Ensure the operations are run safely, efficiently, within budget and deliver the agreed standards of KPI performance and service level agreements.
What we are looking for?
You will be open, approachable and proactively engage with a diverse range of colleagues and have the ability to allow colleagues to be their genuine self whilst fostering a highly effective and efficient work ethic. You will have determination and resilience and the ability to have fun engaging with your team and the business
Ideally you will have a minimum 2 years of operational supervisory experience or above within a warehouse operation. And at least 5 years experience of warehouse distribution processes. You will have the ability to plan and prioritise workload. Be empathetic and understanding of colleagues health, safety and wellbeing. Excellent communication skills both written and oral and have strong leadership and listening skills.
Preferably you will have been IOSH trained or equivalent. You must hold a current UK Driving Licence.
