Whether our customers want to place an order over the phone, email in a product query or wish to talk about their account, our customer service teams are on hand to handle all of our customers needs.

Things will be varied for you as you could be providing advice on product ranges to one customer then, informing another or relevant offers and promotions that could offer value to their project, but the one thing that remains consistent is the drive to provide value added customer service.

Customer Service Representative - P&H
Joining the fun and upbeat Customer Service Team in Primaflow Birmingham, you’ll sit in an open plan office and keep customers at the heart of all decision making. From order processing, to delivery scheduling, efficiency is key as well as building in depth knowledge of our branch operations and systems to put the right resolutions in place.
Team Leader - Wickes
Based at Wickes National Customer Service Centre in Northampton, as a Team Leader you’ll support a team of Customer Service Advisors to ensure we’re consistently delivering the service our customers expect. You’ll do this through efficient resource planning, coaching and championing new initiatives.
