Account Manager - CCF

The role

Whilst reporting into the Regional Sales Director and working as part of an external sales team, everything you do is focused on delivering our CCF external sales strategy and nurturing our values. You will be responsible for above AOP achievement and development of profitable sales from a pre-determined customer base and a targeted number of new accounts within CCF. You’ll drive sales and continually review all our core product range focusing on our distribution led categories namely drywall, ceilings and insulation and our markets to target new business opportunities. You will build up a network of contacts, suppliers and customers and maintain customer satisfaction through regular contact whilst having excellent communications with key stakeholders in our business such as Branch Managers and Regional Directors. You’ll also ensure that major projects are tracked and maintain accurate records of all customer contacts and associated information using our systems.

What we are looking for

You will have good understanding of the CCF industry and our core distribution led categories namely drywall, ceilings and insulation with commercial awareness and the ability to interpret financial information. Your communication and interpersonal skills will be excellent to allow you to successfully engage with customers and colleagues alike across CCF and the wider TP Group. You will have previous sales experience with a proven track record in negotiating and collaborating whilst being able to build successful relationships internally and externally. Your organisational and time management skills will be excellent as you drive the business forward by improving performance and sales. You will be motivated with the drive and initiative to succeed and to deliver results for the business.
