Looking for a new challenge, maybe a new industry? We are looking for an Apprentice Branch Administrator to join our successful team in CCF Newcastle.
Previous industry knowledge is not necessary for this role and we will provide the training and support you need to excel in your role.
The CCF Newcastle branch has a fantastic team, which is headed up by Harry Knight the Branch Manager who has created a fun and professional atmosphere. You will be working closely alongside friendly and knowledgeable colleagues in the branch who are there to support you every step of the way. What will I be doing?
We are a fast paced team at CCF and everyday provides you with interesting challenges. After an first class onboarding and induction process:
The role has a lot of variety and whilst there is some routine, no two days will be the same!
You’ll hold a key role in the branch ensuring supplier deliveries are booked onto the system and customer invoice queries are dealt with efficiently.
Being commercially aware, you will support the teams in the branch and building great relationships with our suppliers and customers
Our success is built on strong relationships with our customers, so it’s essential that you have a friendly and professional telephone manner.
You will need a “can do” attitude, be quick to learn and have great attention to detail whilst working at pace.
You don't need to come from our sector or know our products! We will train you in everything you need to know.

The 12 month apprenticeship programme Teaches you everything you need to know about our business.
Upon completion, you will be rewarded with a Level 3 Apprenticeship in Business Admin.
Our Apprenticeships are focused on your development and factor study time into your working week, so you can achieve your qualification without affecting your work-life balance. We provide you with a fantastic support network through; 1:1 coaching, mentoring and technical and skills training to enable you to progress your career with us.
Along the way, our experienced team will provide you with plenty of support to ensure you get the best out of your Apprenticeship. And it doesn’t have to end here, as we have a suite of Apprenticeship programmes that can support you to continue to develop your career with us, all the way up to the Boardroom
