Apprenticeship Quality Coordinator

Location - This is a Home Based role

Our Apprenticeships team is growing and this is a fantastic opportunity to be a part of it. We currently offer 40 different apprenticeship programmes to our colleagues and future recruits and over half of these are delivered by our internal team. 

Reporting into our Apprenticeship Quality Manager, this role will help to ensure that we continue to deliver high quality, best in class Apprentice Programmes. Through data analysis and quality checks, you will ensure the quality of our provision and will encourage a continuous improvement culture within the team. 

Day to day duties will include: 

• Planning and preparing for key quality events including external quality audit, Ofsted inspection and awarding body visits

• Supporting the management of risk through regular data, system audits and internal checks to ensure data integrity and accuracy

• Adhering to the quality schedule to ensure key activities are carried out, monitored and documented

• Analyse, compare and report on data themes using data quality tools

• Actively promote good practice of Equality and Diversity, safeguarding and PREVENT

• Ensure your knowledge is up to date with changing policies, guidance and legislation

• Attend, minute and take part in quality meetings, contributing to best practice exercises

• Undertake appropriate training and development to remain industry aware and ensure continuous professional development

What are we looking for?

We’re looking for an experienced coordinator who is confident with reporting and data manipulation. The team will be looking to you for solutions to help them drive quality so you will need the ability to positively influence and coach others to find and implement solutions. You’ll be computer literate and able to quickly get to grips with complex systems and processes. 

If successful, you’ll be joining a friendly, hard working team so it is essential that you have a positive attitude, can remain calm under pressure to meet tight deadlines and work well as part of a team.

Although initially home based, when restrictions are lifted there will be the need to travel to regional meetings each month so you will need to be flexible and available to travel for these.
