CCF are looking for an Assistant HR Business Partner to help support the Head of HR and the HR team. 

What you’ll do

As the Assistant HRBP in CCF you will drive the delivery of the HR operational cycle across the business, as well as hold local business partnering relationships to deliver future focused people planning and talent and capability management. You’ll also be responsible for leading CCF People Projects and working on Group HR Projects.

You will deliver the variety of activities in the people cycle for CCF throughout the year collaborating with HR colleagues in the COEs and other businesses. Includes but not limited to, Engagement, Wellbeing, Apprenticeship and development planning, Talent, Performance, Pay review and bonus.

You will need to have a high challenge/high support Partnering Approach which creates a strong  and inclusive environment whilst building credible relationships to ensure the effective delivery of the people cycle and acts as a trusted partner to constructively challenge and stretch leaders and teams.

You will need to create effective local People Plans which build and deliver a people plan for each region/branch to ensure better outcomes in talent, capability, engagement and performance. Interrogates data, identifying the root causes of issues to support the build of effective people plans to address/prioritise people issues and opportunities for the areas/teams supported. Uses insights and data to allow the businesses to be proactive and get ahead of issues and bring the right people together to form the best solutions

Is this you?

It would be great if you have previous experience in a senior HR Advisor role or similar within a generalist commercial role, are tech savvy and digitally aware, are a creative thinker and work well under pressure. You will need to enjoy problem solving, be analytical, have high attention to detail, be a great communicator with strong listening skills and enjoy communicating with stakeholders. 

To be successful in this role you need to be commercially savvy where you will understand total business, as well as the business we work within. You will be able to work collaboratively within a HR team and also for the business. You will have a curious mind where you will be future focused, inquisitive and open minded. You will need to be courageous and be comfortable breaking older patterns, learning as we go on, have the courage to speak up and grasp the unknown with a can-do attitude. You need to be able to work as one HR team, having a sense of community and being connected to everyone in the team. You will have the ability to create change in an agile way, by building momentum, identifying small changes that make a big impact, identifying and connecting with the ‘influencers’ within the business to support the team.
