As an Assistant Store Manager at Tile Giant, you will be key in coaching and motivating our high performing Store Team to deliver an exceptional one to one customer experience that engages and inspires everyone who walks through our doors.

Leading by example, you’ll welcome our customers with confidence and ask appropriate questions to understand their individual needs - offering the kind of service that offers complete satisfaction and achieves sales too. With additional responsibilities for leading sales performance across the team and ensuring customer expectations are exceeded, you’ll help drive the continued success of the store.

What Are We Looking For?
Customers want to deal with someone who shares their feelings, who gets excited about the possibilities and has great product knowledge. Our best Assistant Store Managers are full of enthusiasm and passion of our business. The customer is always at the forefront of their mind and they strive to meet  their needs with each and every visit.

We are looking for someone who can demonstrate outstanding communication, questioning and listening skills in dealing with a wide variety of customer situations. You’ll need the confidence and professionalism to shout about our great product ranges and a passion to deliver sales through service.
