The perfect bathroom takes planning! It requires specialist knowledge, an understanding of the possibilities, a creative flair and the passion to make it a reality. At City Plumbing Supplies our Showroom Sales Managers are the experts that help our customers achieve this time and again.  

Role Purpose:

To achieve and exceed sales and margin targets in the bathroom showroom by providing an excellent service to both trade and retail customers, you will be the best in town.

Key Responsibilities:

• To achieve/ exceed showroom sales and margin targets. 

• Ensure all customers receive an excellent and professional service

• To maintain high showroom standards

• To create and maintain a loyal customer base by being approachable and building a rapport

• Generate new business through a continuous proactive approach

• To provide a first class CAD bathroom design service

• Take total ownership of all enquiries/orders and ensure that quotations are converted to sales

• To work closely with the Branch Manager to ensure the team is sufficiently trained and confident in the showroom environment.

It would be great if you have

• Experience using CAD 

• Experience in quote management

• IT Skills 

• Sales experience - understanding a sales journey

• Negotiation skills

• Organisational Skills

• Communication Skills 

• Relevant Industry Knowledge.

• Numeracy & Literacy Skills
