Are you a fantastic communicator with strong organisational skills? We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Bid Administrator to join our Managed Services team. 

The hybrid role is where you will work remotely but will be asked to go to our Northampton offices once a week. 

This role involves supporting our Bid Manager and team of Bid Writers with administration duties including managing our team mailbox, managing our e-portals and managing our bid library content. 

Our Travis Perkins Managed Services team design and deliver service led supply chain contract solutions for Local Authority and Social Housing sector clients that are based on delivering efficiency and productivity gains within their repair and maintenance functions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Managed e-portals identifying bid opportunities aligned to Managed Services strategy
- Manage and prepare pre-qualification questionnaires
- Support the Bid Manager and Bid Writers with producing quality response submissions
- Coordinate the dissemination of best practice throughout MS bids
- Provide contract administrative support acting as a key link between operational teams and legal executives
- Responsible for the administration of supplier approval questionnaires
- Responsible for the administration of company certificates, accounts and other information required to complete tender submissions
- Collate knowledge of account activity in advance of a re-tender
- Ensure good links with key head office departments to deliver effective and current answers to questions in bids
