We have an exciting opportunity for a Branch Contract Sales Supervisor to join our Flagship branch in Norwich on Weston Road and support one of our largest Social Housing contracts through our Managed Services department.  You will be based from our Flagship branch in Norwich which has 30 plus colleagues, 9 delivery vehicles and a Tool Hire department, this is a fun and professional environment and one that will provide you with a great level of support.

Hours - Monday to Friday 7.30am - 5pm - No weekend working !

What will I be doing?
No one day is the same as the next in TP branch life, and now that you have had a great onboarding and induction, here are a few pointers:
  • You will be responsible for managing one of our largest Managed Services kitchen contracts with a value of in excess of £1.0m
  • You will coordinate kitchen orders across a number of our branches within the region, organising deliveries and ensuring that special orders are available when required and raising the necessary purchase orders to our suppliers
  • You will be responsible for checking the accuracy of our kitchen designs and quotations to ensure that the correct kitchen specification is being fulfilled to our customer
  • Ensuring our products are delivered on time and meet collected deadlines
  • Safety is at the forefront of everything we do, your aim will be to ensure that all our colleagues and customers leave the Branch safely, by adhering to all stay safe policies and procedures.

What experience do you need?
Do you have a background and understanding of kitchens, if so, we would love to hear from you, we also need your transferable skills, exceptional customer service and a track record in going above and beyond for our customers.
