The role
Reporting directly to the Regional Director, you will manage and drive sales and operations of a
high sales turnover branch and team. Through effective leadership of your team everything you do is focused on delivering our strategy and nurturing our values. You will be a leader of our ‘Stay Safe’ culture by championing and driving first class safety standards across your branch.

What we are looking for
You will be a natural leader with bags of confidence and great communication and interpersonal skills to motivate and develop your team. Your organisational and time management skills will be exceptional as you drive the branch forward by driving performance and sales whilst effectively controlling your costs. Commercial awareness and the ability to interpret information will also be key.
