Are you an experienced Branch/Store/Unit Manager looking to develop your career further? Are you ready to step into a new operation? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for someone to take the reins of our branch in Market Rasen!
Where will I be based?
The role of Branch Manager is one of the most challenging yet rewarding positions in our business, and this is no exception. Market Rasen branch is on Jameson Bridge Street and is one of our branches based in our Midlands region. The branch already has a fantastic, well established team of over 6 colleagues, they are running 1 delivery vehicles and have a strong footfall of customers per day. As this is one of our smaller branches, everyone works closely together and has a real family feel.
Working hours are Monday to Friday 7.30am - 5.00pm and Saturdays 8.00am - 12.00pm. (only working 2 in 4 Saturdays)

What will I be doing?
- Set the tone and champion a Stay Safe culture across the branch at all times promoting a healthy workplace and colleague wellbeing.
- Developing strong relationships with customers and suppliers in order to build profitable business growth. Build regular, productive and focused contact with the Area Sales Rep for the branch in order to drive value add to the customers.
- Manage the full operation of the branch and ensure that the branch layout is What Great Looks Like standards for safety, storage efficiency, housekeeping and ability of customers to find products.
- You will lead, motivate, engage, delegate to empower your team to work together and deliver great service for our customers.
- Be in control of sales, margin and overheads to exceed your AOP and deliver best in class financial performance.
What experience do you need?
The successful candidate will already be supporting or running a similar size store or branch and will have the skills and experience needed to step up to a branch of this size, we are looking for your transferable skills: Inspirational Leadership, Operational Management, Sales Experience, Great Customer Service and Commercial Acumen.
