What you'll be doing:

The Nottingham branch is a leading branch within CCF with regards to standards of safety, housekeeping, and customer service. It will be your role to continue to drive this forward and champion this within our business. 

On a day to day basis you’ll be managing and driving the sales and operation focusing on profit targets and leading all aspects of branch operations. 

Customer service is at the heart of what we do, together with your team you will drive sales, provide product solutions whilst championing our Stay Safe culture and driving first class safety standards across your branch. 

You will be leading the branch to deliver on this in a way that nurtures our values and contributes to the strategic direction of CCF, with the support of our Regional Director for the Central region.

You'll have

You do not need to have worked in our industry before to be right for this job, if you have skills in people management, sales and operations then we will teach you the rest. 

 

We are looking for a leader who is a great communicator, and has the ability to motivate and develop their team. 

In order to drive both the sales and operational parts of the role you will need great planning skills, the ability to organise an operation and manage your P&L. 

To capitalise on opportunities and ensure the branch is profitable we are looking for someone who has commercial awareness, as well as the ability to read the market and interpret a range of different data points to ensure we are selling smart.
