Branch Sales Assistant

Where Will You Be Working?

As our Sales Assistant, you'll be based at our Nottingham branch, one of our smaller branches. The branch contains a fantastic, well-established team of 6 colleagues and 1 delivery vehicle. With a strong customer footfall, this is a busy and dynamic workplace.

What Will You Be Doing?

As our Sales Assistant, you'll be responsible for:

• Build relationships with customers over the counter and on the phone by taking orders, providing quotes, offering possible solutions and relatable products

• Be helpful and friendly, you will likely get to know our customers on a first-name basis

• Use your learnt knowledge of our products to assist with enquiries, provide product information, prepare quotes and help each customer with their purchase

• You’ll offer a single point of contact for pricing and ordering products for our Customers

• At least 18 years old 

• Has sales experience, safety awareness, and great customer service skills

• Is a team player with a strong work ethic

• Has a friendly and outgoing personality, able to communicate effectively with customers
