Our successful candidate will serve as the key point of contact for a number of our large Contract customers, a pivotal role in ensuring that we exceed their expectations on a consistent basis. They will be responsible for managing the availability of stock through our supply chain to ensure that it is available for our customers, when they require it. This person will be an excellent communicator, be well organised and be able to perform their role in a fast paced environment as part of a team.

This person will take personal ownership of our relationship with a number of our large Contract customers and through excellent performance will help us to grow the level of business that we enjoy from each one. They will be responsible for each customer’s orders, the stock to fulfill these orders and the timely resolution of any issues that may arise.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Receive, interpret and key our customer’s orders in an accurate manner
  • Manage the availability of the stock for these orders
  • Communicate with these customers in a professional and timely fashion
  • Promptly resolve any issues and communicate how we plan to do this effectively
  • Liaise with both our Branch Management and Warehouse/Transport teams

Key Skills/Qualities:
  • Excellent communication skills
  • A high level of self organisation
  • An eye for detail
  • Experience of Plumbing and Heating products is preferred but isn’t essential
  • The ability to work as part of a team in a fast paced environment
