Business Process Analyst

Do you want to help change the business and deliver continuous improvement? We are looking for a Business process improvement analyst to join our team on a permanent basis.

What you’ll do

You will be part of the Business Process Improvement Team working on Process Improvement projects across the organisation, engaging with key stakeholders across the business.

Some responsibilities of the role will include:

- Deliver and support projects to improve end to end business processes 

- Ensure business processes are documented in line with agreed methodology

- Identify issues and root causes, and solve problems

- Coach colleagues across the business to continuously improve how they work

- Facilitate workshops

- Become a trusted advisor on Process improvement

Is this you?

We are looking for someone with

- A demonstrable drive to improve the business,

- Strong Numeracy skills,

- Experience working as part of cross-functional teams 

- Attention to detail

- Strong communication and reporting skills.  Able to present findings and translate the process challenges and improvements into compelling messages

- Ability to manage multiple complex tasks through ambiguity, complexity and shifting priorities.

- A track record of building collaborative relationships throughout the business, 

- Ideally, experience of documenting processes using tools such as Visio and process modelling tools

- Preferably with Lean Six Sigma green belt or equivalent experience, however ambitious individuals without this but looking to progress will be considered.
