Do you want to lead and deliver process improvement within a business? Do you have drive, desire to effect continuous improvement? If this sounds like you, you should know we are looking for a Business process improvement Lead to join our team.

This is a remote / home based role with occasional travel to our Hub Head Office in Northampton for meetings and collaborations.

What you’ll do

As the BPI Lead you will be a part of the Business Process Improvement Team and will lead and deliver process improvement across the organisation. A part of this role is to lead and deliver a portfolio of significant improvement projects across Travis Perkins and accelerate the development of continuous improvement culture by embedding process improvement concepts and methodologies across the organisation.

You will provide guidance to junior members of the team advising on approach. Be a role model for BPI standards and behaviour to lead the continuous improvement culture

Is this you?

We are looking for someone with a degree level or equivalent in a numerate subject and is certified Six Sigma blackbelt. You will have previous experience that can be demonstrated where you have made an impact delivering continuous improvement initiatives, can understand customer journey engineering, end to end process re-engineering, governance of complex programmes and exportability and re-usability of processes across geographie and brands. 

You will be a strong communicator that can influence at all levels, also a proactive thinker that holds strong project and programme management skills. You will be self motivated but can be a good team player with a collaborative approach.
