We have an opportunity for a Business Support Manager to join the Benchmarx Kitchens and Joinery Team!  This is a great role for an internal candidate that is a looking for a new opportunity that will develop their skills and raise their profile within the group!

This is a National field based role, with some nights away and there will be a car provided for travel. 

What you’ll do

Under guidance of the Head of Business Support, provide proactive support to Regional Directors, and the branch network, across all Regions with the objective of improving  customers and colleague experience.
Focus will be on:resolution of concerns in specific areas of branch performance and development; achievement of key projects and change initiatives; and guidance to management teams on systems / processes. This also includes supporting and leading operational Initiatives and staff training in order to meet overall company targets. 

Is this you?

The successful candidate will be a real people person, engaging, great communicator and shows empathy.  You will possess an excellent knowledge of the company operating systems and processes. Good communication skills are essential to deliver both on site and remote training. This can be on a one to one basis, and also a group environment. Problem solving will form part of the role, assisting branches where issues arise. The role will support all Benchmarx branches, and will therefore involve some travelling and overnight requirements.
