We have a fantastic opportunity for anyone interested in a career in buying. Joining our teams as a Commercial Category Assistant, you will be a valued part of the Commercial Department providing support to the Category Manager.


Key Responsibilities:

  • See your product through its journey from its original source, anywhere in the world, right through to it being put onto the shelves in one of our stores

  • Adopt responsibility for one of our varied product lines 

  • Daily interaction with suppliers

  • Creating information to go onto our product packaging

  • Conduct market analysis to see what our customers want

What we are looking for?

  • A driven, motivated and energetic personality

  • You will need to be great with numbers and sharp with data 

  • Strong excel skills

  • Not be afraid to challenge the status quo

  • Successfully build relationships with all levels in the working environment

  • Be able to work in a fast paced environment where no day is the same

  • Manage working under pressure

  • Some experience within a similar field 

  • Educated to degree level (desirable)
