We are currently looking for an Administration Clerk to join our Central Administration Team, this is a hybrid role where you will work from home and also in our Head office in Northampton. You will be expected to work from Head office whilst being inducted and trained to do your role which is approximately 3 months.

What you’ll do
The Central Administration team, which is a large invoice/credit note resolution processing team, working alongside our branch colleagues to support them efficiently and help profitability. We engage with our branch colleagues daily and talk to our external suppliers often, to help resolve issues quickly and effectively.

We will provide on the job training and encourage you to take advantage of our extensive in-house online training and development material. As you grow within your role we can offer you the opportunity to study a Level 3 Business Admin Apprenticeship which provides great insight and gives you skills and knowledge to excel within an administrative role.
There are many opportunities for any future aspirations, we are great supporters of helping our team colleagues to move forward either within our team or cross functionally, for example, Financial Accounting, Management Accounts, Credit Control, and Accounts Payable, or you may choose to stay and progress within Central Administration.
