Are you looking for an exciting and challenging role focused on improving the face of finance at TP Group? 

We are looking for individuals that are comfortable in a high profile position leading the Change required to deliver our new finance system. It’s a fantastic opportunity to challenge your communication skills and career, while being at the heart of a fundamental step forward for the Travis Perkins Group.

This is a Fixed Term opportunity for 24 months to join as our Change Lead for Finance Modernisation. You will work closely with a multitude of stakeholders across the group to develop and deliver the Change Management Strategy for the programme to achieve a successful implementation of the Oracle cloud finance solution. The roles are home based but you may need to go into head office in Northampton when required.

What you’ll do

Reporting into the Director of Finance Transformation, this is an excellent opportunity to take part in a major programme for the Group and to deliver significant benefit for the future.  

You will be accountable for ensuring all business and finance changes required as part of implementing the Oracle Solution are adopted across the group.

Your key accountabilities will include:

-Establish an effective network to deliver change and sustained adoption of the new system
-In collaboration with our implementation partner you will Create, Own and Deliver the Change strategy for the Programme
-Lead the Programme Communications plan in conjunction with existing internal communications teams
-Play a key part in the design and delivery of the training programme

Is this you?

To be considered, you’ll need to be skilled in building an effective network across the business and working with a broad range of stakeholders. You should have an understanding of change management, and have the desire to deliver the change so that the business can be ready for the future.  A qualification in change management, or that included change management would be advantageous for your application. Most importantly, you will be ambitious and be keen to learn and develop.
