Are you looking for a new challenge? If so we may have the opportunity for you! Travis Perkins Plc are currently looking for a Credit Management Co-ordinator to join the team! 

What you’ll do

As the Credit Management Co-ordinator you will be responsible for carrying out all required credit checks and ensuring accounts that are opened for Toolstation business and are credit worthy and helping minimise the level of fraudulent applications. You will need to communicate with customers in a timely manner, regarding all aspects of their onboarding journey. 

Along with the above you will also - 

- Ensure all data is kept in line with GDPR 
- Allocation and distribution of all correspondence received 
- Taking phone calls and answering email queries

Is this you?

To be considered for this role you will need an understanding of credit and risk management. It is essential that you have experience within data capture, customer service and can demonstrate a good telephone manner. You will come across as confident and can work as part of a team. 

If you are a strong communicator with experience in customer service and can manage multiple tasks, we want to hear from you!
