Looking to start your career but don't know where to start? Do you enjoy working as part of a team, do you like helping people, and thrive working in a busy environment, then we may have the role for you, a Customer Sales Assistant in our new branch in Aintree, which opens at the end of the year. You don't need to come from our sector or even know our products, as long as you have the ability to provide great customer service, we will support you with a great on-boarding experience and encourage you onto our TP development scheme.
Our branch opening hours are Monday to Friday 7am - 5pm and Saturdays 8am - 12pm, but don't worry we only want you to work 2 saturdays in 4.
This role is part time and we are flexible around the hours, so can be mornings or afternoons, we call it 25 hours flex and you increase your hours if you choose - this can be discussed at interview stage.

You would be joining our friendly and hard working family as a Customer Sales Assistant, you’ll be on the front line on our counter dealing with our customers that come into our branch and being part of the branch team you will play a vital role in our continued success, providing a first class service and keeping colleagues and customers safe at all times. Our new Aintree branch will be located in a prime location in the middle of KeyPoint and will become a destination of choice for trade customers within Liverpool and Merseyside. With a newly recruited team of around 22.
What will I be doing?
No one day is the same as the next in TP branch life, but here are a few pointers:
With your new found product knowledge, you will handle requests, provide information on our products, prepare quotes and help each customer with their purchase, taking our sales from good to great.
Our success is built on strong relationships with our customers so it’s essential that you can help deliver the highest standards of service - the key thing is to be helpful and friendly, you will likely get to know our customers on a first name basis.
You'll also be responsible for ensuring the safe and correct movement of our products around the branch.
Safety is at the forefront of everything we do, your aim will be to ensure that our standards never slip, by adhering to all stay safe policies and procedures.
