Customer Service Advisor 
Location: Poole, Dorset
Full Time

Are you passionate, enthusiastic and committed to providing outstanding customer service? Do you excel in building and maintaining client relationships? 

We are looking to recruit a positive, innovative, forward thinking Sales Advisor to join our already thriving, sales team in Poole. Each day you will decide on a plan of action to grow the trade within an exclusive selection of existing customers. 

Can you up-sell, cross-sell, suggest-sell?  Can you go the extra mile to ensure your customer is provided with a selection of options to satisfy their supply requirements? If so, what are you waiting for, apply today!

You will:
  • Ensure your relevant contracts are proactively considered on a regular basis.
  • Grow the individual client trade whilst developing a comprehensive portfolio of relative products suitable to them. 
  • Be a considered negotiator and manage individual customer pricing structures, with the ability to justify your decision. 
  • Grow customer turnover by thinking ‘outside the box’ and innovating sales strategies to grow profit.
  • Administrate to a high standard, being organised and able to document interactions with clients to a detailed, informative level.
What are we looking for?
  • Someone with a high level of proven customer service delivery, and an aptitude for sales. You will proactively show a keen desire to go the extra mile to provide each client a tailored individual experience. 
  • You will have a knowledge of KPI’s and targets and preferably have worked in a targeted environment previously. 
  • You will need to be PC literate with a high communication standard.
