We are looking for talented and enthusiastic people to join us on our Specialist to the Trade Certificate, a 12 month apprenticeship programme that will provide you with the tools and knowledge to build a successful career with our business. By the end of the programme you will have the confidence to say to our customers “ I know what you are talking about, I know what you are after. I can do that”

Our business
We are plumbing and heating merchants who through strong customer relationships and outstanding service ensure we meet our customer needs and get the right product to them, when they need it, first time. We deal with both trade and retail customers and operate the largest network of dedicated bathroom showrooms across the UK.

You can expect to get involved in everything from building strong relationships with your customers, resolving queries, managing stock and helping out in the branch, building knowledge of our diverse product range.

This role will require you to take on some driving responsibilities as and when required within the Branch. This will require all applicants to be aged 18 or over and hold a full, clean UK driving license.

What we have to offer you
Our apprenticeship programme is an 12 month programme that exposes you to all aspects of the business including our domestic, commercial and industrial customers. You would also gain knowledge of the industry, products and our suppliers. 

Our Apprenticeships are focused on your development and factor study time into your working week, so you can achieve your qualification without affecting your work-life balance. We provide you with a fantastic support network through; 1:1 coaching, mentoring and technical and skills training to enable you to progress your career with us. Along the way, our experienced team will provide you with plenty of support to ensure you get the best out of your Apprenticeship. And it doesn’t have to end here, as we have a suite of Apprenticeship programmes that can support you to continue to develop your career with us, all the way up to the Boardroom.
