Do you have exceptional customer service experience, some sales, a thirst for learning and a great attitude, Yes? Then we may have the perfect role for you, we are looking for TWO Customer Relations Advisors for our Benchmarx business. You don't need to come from our sector, or even know our products.

Where will I be based
We are Benchmarx, part of the Travis Perkins Group and one of Britain's Top Employers.  We are really flexible in terms of location, our Head office is based in Leatherhead on Oak Road.  We have a team of 4, predominately the team will be based here, but we are open to remote working with a couple of days in the office with the team, so could be at home or from another local branch to you.

Hours - Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm (Again flexible, to be discussed at interview stage.

What will I be doing?
With your new found product knowledge and onboarding, here is an insight in to a day in the life of a Customer Relations Advisor.
  • You’ll be part of a successful and proactive team focused on providing excellent customer service to both trade and retail customers.
  • You’ll be dealing with customer queries to understand their project needs and working with our branch network, suppliers and regional teams to reach a solution. 
  • You’ll be dealing with telephone calls, email and social media queries from customers, in a timely and professional manner.
  • You’ll work closely with branch colleagues and area sales representatives to maximise all sales lead opportunities.
  • You’ll be effectively contacting customers as directed to advise  of New Branch Openings.
  • Contacting account customers that have debt outstanding / invoice queries as directed by the business to establish cause and working towards a conclusion.

  • You’ll have excellent communication skills and will be able to work under pressure and to tight deadlines. 
  • You’ll be a tam player, but also ab able to work on your own initiative
  • You’ll have a friendly out going personality, be honest and open and want to be part of high performing team
