Job Description

Are you someone with a strong administration background that can build stakeholder relationships and can influence in an engaging way? We currently have an opportunity for a Data Administrator to join our Benchmarx Commercial team.

What you’ll do

As the Data Administrator you will be responsible for maintaining master data on multiple complex systems. You will execute data changes through ongoing analysis whilst maintaining data quality initiatives, supporting both Commercial Services and the Product Team with data collation and pricing analysis on a weekly basis.

Along with the above you will also… 
- Set up new products onto the Company Sales system
- Maintaining the internal data change tracker for introduction and deletes from our ranges. 
- Making sure the Live and Route to market status of all ranged products are correct and fixing or flagging and issues that may come up. 
- Develop strong working relationships with internal teams

 Is this you?

Ideally, you will have previous experience within an administration role, is excellent at communicating on all levels and can provide exceptional customer service. It is important that you can work as a team as upholding family values are really important to us to make sure we deliver for our customers but have fun along the way! 

Other attributes that you will have are, being highly organised, motivated, resilient  and happy working within a fast paced environment.
