Location: Lutterworth, Leicestershire (Hybrid Working)

What you’ll do - 

Manage, design and lead the pricing project with the aim to deliver business pricing strategy for BSS toolhire, and to proactively find opportunities to improve our margin. Including the ownership of hire data to provide the business with useful MI and the opportunity to complete the Data apprenticeship.

• Manage and lead successful implementation of pricing project

• Define, set and monitor how we price our products with introduction of template pricing and CSAs, moving away from fixed pricing

• Continually monitor pricing and changes and behaviours of business

• Reporting tools & Support documents for Ops teams - ownership of hire dashboards and data Training of all colleagues in the business, creation of a training schedule 

• Control of hire cloud - including profiling and dashboard data Rebate tracking - ensure fit for purpose and challenge where necessary
