Job Description

Are you a hard working individual that always puts customers first? Do you have the desire and passion to think quick on your feet to solve any customer query?  Then you are important to us...BSS are currently seeking a Direct Hire Administrator to join the HIRE team. We are currently remotely working from home but our Head Office is in Leicester. 

What you’ll do

As the Direct Hire Administrator for BSS you will provide exceptional customer service to all account and cash customers, as well as branches within the network. You will also build and maintain great working relationships with our approved suppliers to ensure we are keeping on top of our service level commitments. It is a varied role where you will provide exceptional customer service whether that will be over the phone or on emails, producing quotes and capturing information on lost orders. It is important within this role you will have to maintain a good all round knowledge of our fleeted equipment and make sure it is being fully utilised. 

Is this you?

Ideally, you will be highly organised, have great attention to detail and can build strong working relationships with a number of stakeholders and customers. Previous experience within a customer service background is a must as you will be handling customer complaints and solving challenges under tight deadlines. We would like someone to join the team that is proactive, can deal with multiple tasks and can manage workloads but thinks of ways for continuous improvements.
