Location - Gloucester

Monday to Friday - 7:30am - 4:30pm and 8am - 5pm on a rotation

Here at Travis Perkins Plumbing and Heating division, we are recruiting an Admin Coordinator to support our Estimating team at PTS where you will play a key role in providing our suppliers and customers with a first class customer service experience. Come share our success in a hard-working and friendly environment. The opportunity is full time, based in Gloucester.

The role:

Responsibilities will include:

• Provide accurate and compliant administration of the quote management system.

• Maintaining and requesting support from our suppliers. 

• Distributing work for completion by our estimating team. 

• Resolving account queries from our sales team & our customers.

• Communicate  price changes with customers at the earliest convenience to ensure quotes are correct and remain profitable.

• Data manipulation in spreadsheets, for tender pricing and price file maintenance.

• Keeping account pricing up to date for our customers, updating their contracts and templates.

What we are looking for:

We are looking for strong administrative skills, someone who is self­ motivated, enthusiastic, organised, has good data and analysis skills, uses their initiative and is happy to communicate and build excellent working relationships with key stakeholders and experience with both supplier and customers.
