Estimating Administrator - Leeds

Working Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm

We have an excellent opportunity to join a busy and fast paced business with great benefits! Travis Perkins Plumbing and Heating division are recruiting a Estimator Administrator to share our success in a hard-working and friendly environment. 

The role : 

You will be responsible for processing incoming customer enquiries from a shared mailbox, collating information from suppliers and internal documents to provide ready to price quotes for the Estimators.

You will also be setting up customer contracts liaising with suppliers to arrange External Contract Support (ECS) and supporting our branches and customers with contract queries.

What we are looking for:

• Excellent written and verbal skills demonstrated by academic achievement in  Maths and English  GCSE or Equivalent C+ 
• Previous Administrative experience
• Accuracy
• Good telephone manner
• Well organised
• Work under own initiative
• Good computer literacy to include MS Excel (or Equivalent) 
• Previous data management skills would be an advantage
