What you’ll do
As the Executive Assistant to the Chair, Chief Financial Officer, General Counsel & Company Secretary, and Group Strategy Director, your days will be varied. 

You will be carrying out crucial administrative duties including assisting organise the board and management diaries and meetings, often to deadline and in line with the individual needs of each director. You will also be ensuring the Directors lives run as smoothly and efficiently as possible, processing and reconciling invoices, submitting expenses, managing flights, hotels, venues for functions and food requirements, along with organising other essential commitments into their diaries. 

The location of the role is flexible with the opportunity for home working. There will be the requirement to travel to Northampton one or two days a week and London when the role requires. 

Is this you?
You enjoy being kept busy and of course, you are extremely organised!  Your previous experience supporting a Plc/Board level executive means you know just what to expect and you are able to support multiple stakeholders - juggling priorities and adapting to individual working styles comes naturally to you!  You enjoy working in a small but tight-knit and supportive team and you are able to build rapport and relationships with a diverse range of colleagues, suppliers, customers and stakeholders.
