CCF are looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to help support the Managing Director and the Senior Leadership Team. 

What you’ll do

The Executive Assistant is a pivotal role in the CCF Senior Leadership team, and reports to the Managing Director. 

This role is responsible for the day to day management and administration of activities for the Senior Leadership team, as well as leading the strategy and business planning cycle in partnership with the Managing Director. This role adds value in its proactive, detailed, planned and forward-thinking approach, taking full ownership for the role it plays in the team. 

A varied role, requiring the ability to develop close working relationships with the SLT, alongside senior stakeholders and colleagues at all levels across the organisation. You’ll be required to work closely with the Managing Director on all aspects of their role, expenses, invoices, external and internal engagements, communications, presentations, interactions with the Board as well as customers, suppliers and partners. You will need to have the ability to make judgement calls and decisions without being told or prompted on what to do from the Managing Director, you will also need to lead the agenda, planning and facilitation of SLT meetings such as the board, operations, programme review.

Is this you?

You enjoy being kept busy, are an expert in diary management, have a high attention to detail, excellent communication skills and of course, you are extremely organised! If you have previous experience as an Executive Assistant for a C-suite role, bringing an understanding and approach that will add value to the team with this. Someone who has operated at a management level in another function (inside or outside of Travis Perkins Group) could have the transferable skills, likely functions would be events or project management.
