Due to growth in our business, City Plumbing are currently recruiting for a Facilities Manager Administrator. If you enjoy being in a fast paced environment where you focus on admin, this will be for you. 


No two days will be the same however on a daily basis you will be an integral part of the property management team. You’ll take pride in coordinating and being able to work on your own initiative. As a successful FM Administrator you really will be the glue to the team! 


Key Responsibilities:

  • Invoice management including the organisation of invoices, the processing of invoices to ensure payments are made on time and liaising with suppliers where required

  • Meeting support and preparation to ensure meetings are well organised, minutes are taken, populated and followed up and appropriately actioned.

  • Diary management of the FM team and general admin support, including managing Roomex.

  • Project support, which may include data gathering, research and interpretations.  Supporting presentation building, communication and the collating of feedback.

  • Responsible for ensuring that all processes and procedures pertaining to general office practises are adhered to at all times.
