Facilities Management Sector Manager
Location: Home/Field based

Travis Perkins has an exciting new opportunity for a National Business Development Manager - Facilities Management Sector Manager to join our motivated Managed Services (Facilities Management) Team to cover the UK on a National basis. Operating in a home/field based capacity, you will expand our Facilities portfolio of customers, by shaping the business strategy and deliver growth through new customer/market and service developments; incorporating the development of the sales pipeline.
Working closely and reporting into your Head of Business Development, you will develop national sales opportunities within the Facilities Management sector, ranging from: Leisure and Retail, Manufacturing and the public sector organisations. You will take a strategic approach to developing an effective business development plan, utilising all available avenues of information for potential new business.
Alongside the above you will also be responsible for:
Continually seek opportunities to develop new business and create an ‘Account Development Plan' for each potential new account that clearly maps out a development strategy containing both short- and long-term goals with agreed measures and milestones.
Identify and create supply chain solutions, including product ranges, margin control and service levels
Secure long term contractual agreements within both the private and public sector organisations.
Responsible for ensuring the achievement of AOP in terms of Sales Turnover and Trading Margin.
Coordinating statistical feedback as to the success achieved from all sales leads.
Offer key support to the BDMs responsible for the sales pipeline and business development strategy
Ensure a close working relationship with the Operational and Account Management teams to develop the customer journey and secure re-tenders
