This programme is made up of two of our award winning Apprenticeship schemes, meaning you gain two nationally recognised qualifications. In the first 12 months, you’ll follow our ‘Serving our Customers’ Programme to gain a Level 2 Apprenticeship qualification as a Trade Supplier. During this period, you’ll build up technical knowledge of our product ranges so you can confidently serve our customers and build lasting relationships with them that encourages repeat business. You’ll also get the opportunity to identify your own strengths and how to take full advantage of these.

Upon successful completion of your first 12 months, you will start on our Level 3 ‘Managing a Team Programme. Over this 12 month apprenticeship, you’ll focus a lot more on developing your skills as a leader. You can expect to cover off modules around financial management, performance management and project management. You’ll also learn about different leadership techniques, allowing you to pick the one you think will work best within our business. Along the way, our experienced team will provide you with plenty of support to ensure you to get the best out of your Apprenticeship and set a solid foundation for your future career within our business.

Our Learn and Earn Apprentice Programmes are all about learning and developing and will provide you with everything you need to thrive and grow. Study time is factored in to your working week, so you can achieve your qualification without affecting your work-life balance. We provide a fantastic support network to all of our learners through classroom study and 1:1 coaching and mentoring, as well as technical and skills training to enable you to achieve your Level 2 and Level 3 Apprenticeship qualification and progress your career with the Travis Perkins group.

For the best chance of securing yourself a place on a fantastic career journey, you’ll need to be someone who:

• Knows what great customer service looks like – and how to provide it

• Has the dedication to get things done

• Loves to learn, develop and expand their knowledge

• Holds a full UK driving licence, or is mobile to travel to different sites

• A minimum of 5 GCSEs or equivalent at Grade 4 (C), or above
