We have an excellent opportunity to recruit a Finance Business Partner to based out of our P&H Head Office in Crick. Reporting into the Commercial Finance Manager, you will provide insightful analytics, reporting, and business partnering, as well as help drive the best decisions to deliver strong and improving results in the business to one or more Product Categories within the P&H Division.  

Your key accountabilities will include:

• Be the financial lead for supported product categories in all trading and planning activities.

• Support the wider P&H finance team’s planning responsibilities including strategic planning, AOP’s and forecasts.

• Review and analysis of month end management accounts (Branch level analytics)

• Produce effective performance KPI’s, including weekly and monthly reporting, continually reviewing for improvement.

• Support commercial projects and transformation workstreams – including detailed financial modelling, review and reporting.

• Continually challenge current processes and recommend improvements to all aspects of financial control. Be first review of commercial Balance sheet reconciliations. Work with Commercial on debt collection and recovery.

As a Finance Business Partner you will either be a qualified accountant or a finalist having demonstrated career progression and breadth of experience in your career till date. You’ll need to be highly analytical and possess advanced excel skills as well as experience of data manipulation.
